Paul Barrett - DirectorCo-founding Director of Heritage Pacific, Paul Barrett was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1978, in that same year Paul commenced his legal practice Roberts & Barrett in Brisbane. Heritage Pacific began in 1987 and as Managing Director of Heritage Pacific, Paul oversees the acquisition, development, research, design and construction and marketing of Heritage Pacific’s urban residential developments. In 2007, Heritage Pacific celebrated 20 years in the property industry and is now recognised as one of Queensland’s most awarded property development companies, having been awarded eleven state and two national UDIA Awards of Excellence while also receiving numerous other industry awards. As a Fellow of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), Paul takes an active role with all levels of government and community to assist the UDIA (Qld) in its work with planning and legislative issues that impact the industry as a whole. Paul is passionate about environmental and sustainable property development and an experienced media commentator. Paul, his wife Belinda and their three children are based in Brisbane, Queensland. |

David Roberts – Executive ChairmanFollowing his admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1978, David partnered with fellow Heritage Pacific Director Paul Barrett to form their own law practice. In 1988 the practice was merged with Hopgood Ganim to create one of Brisbane’s most experienced and diverse law firms. As senior partner in the property law section, David enhanced his extensive expertise and in 1992 retired from practice to concentrate solely on private property investments. As a founding Director and shareholder of Heritage Pacific since 1987, David has overseen the financial management and strategic planning of all the company’s residential and commercial developments and was responsible for the concept and development of Queensland’s first super display home village at Forest Ridge. He is also responsible for the structure and performance of all Heritage Pacific’s unlisted Property Trusts. |

Ian McLachlan – Executive Sales DirectorIan joined Heritage Pacific as a co-founding Director in 1987 and has built up more than 30 years experience in the property industry, specifically focussing on sales. Before joining Heritage Pacific Ian spent more than ten years in property sales in some of the biggest residential developments in and around South-East Queensland and was a Director of The QM property Group. Ian oversees the sales growth and day-to-day sales operations for Heritage Pacific. |

Brian Griffin – Executive Commercial/Retail DirectorA registered valuer, Brian manages Heritage Pacific's retail and commercial property portfolio. He is responsible for strategic planning, commercial and retail acquisitions and the project management and construction of commercial and retail projects. Brian joined Heritage Pacific in 1993, following a highly successful career in commercial/retail property development dating back to 1972. Brian's previous positions include Queensland State Manager for Leda Holdings and Queensland State Manager for Australian Fixed Trust. Brian is also the Managing Director of Australian Childcare Developments which manages and develops childcare centres and schools for the ABC group across Australia. |

Mark Routledge – Executive Housing DirectorMark joined Heritage Pacific in December 1999 as a Project Manager. He was appointed Executive Housing Director in July 2003. Prior to joining Heritage Pacific, Mark worked for 10 years in the development consulting industry. He is a registered builder and has multiple degrees in civil engineering. Mark is responsible for all housing related matters for Heritage Pacific’s residential developments. |
