Leading Queensland developer Heritage Pacific has launched the final stage at its Bridgeway masterplanned community at Kallangur, offering homebuyers their last opportunity to live in the much sought-after area.
The new release comprises nine luxury homes, some with views over the park and all with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, just 100 metres from local shops and amenities.
Heritage Pacific has already commenced construction on some of the homes and expects to complete the first residence by February 2008.
Heritage Pacific Project Manager Archie Venitis said the release was a landmark for Heritage Pacific and signalled that the highly-successful project was drawing to a close.
“I feel privileged to have been associated with a project that has delivered comfortable, innovative and eco-friendly homes to so many people,” Mr Venitis said.
“We have put a lot of time, thought and sweat into building this community but when I look at what we have created I know the effort has all been worth it.”
Each home in the final release is well-suited to family living and entertaining, with an under-roof-line alfresco dining area, fully-landscaped grounds, a spacious open-plan design and a Bluescope water tank.
The homes will range in price from xxx to xxxx and will be on homesites of 351-742 sqm. They include two architect-styled two-storey homes with contemporary facades.
The final release follows the rapid success of the previous stage, dubbed The Views because of its elevated position. More than $11 million in property has been sold at The Views in recent months, leaving only 10 homes available for purchase.
As both the developer of the Bridgeway masterplanned community and the builder of the homes, Heritage Pacific has incorporated significant features into the new release.
These include guaranteed broadband for each home, co-ordinated street and house plans to ensure maximum solar efficiency and energy-efficient exterior colours.
The homes are located just minutes from schools, public transport, local retail and Westfield North Lakes and less than 30 minutes to the CBD via the Bruce Highway.
Bridgeway is located on Ulysses Lane, Kallangur, in the heart of Brisbane’s northern growth corridor, and is a fully-planned community which on completion will comprise over 200 completed homes in a quiet parkland setting.
The development is one of four major residential projects currently being developed and built by Heritage Pacific which stretch from Genesis at Coomera in the south to Forest Ridge at Narangba in the north.
