Award winning developer Heritage Pacific is on the look out for community minded people to apply for the position of Community Manager for their Genesis community in Coomera and the sales office is packed to the rafters with unprecedented interest with more than 100 applications received.
Project Manager for Genesis, Steve Harrison said he was bowled over by the number of people expressing an interest in this new position.
“We knew the position of Body Corporate Community Manager would attract interest from the community, but given the state of the booming employment market, I was surprised that we received so many applications.”
“The applicants are of a high standard and it is really going to be hard to choose the person who will take our Genesis community to the next level.”
“We want to appoint the person in the next two weeks and their role will be responsible for the management of Synergy Residents’ Club and its facilities, day-to-day liaison with residents, the community’s security services, maintenance of common property and engaging and coordinating any contractors, agents or employees of the Body Corporate.”
“The role will initially be 3 to 4 days per week with an equivalent full time annual salary of $60,000 and will be increased over time to reflect the expanding nature of the development.”
The $3.5 million Genesis Residents’ Club, to be known as “Synergy” will be for the exclusive use of Genesis residents and will include a business centre complete with conference facilities, club and media room, gymnasium and 25 metre lap pool.
Completion of Synergy and the surrounding landscape works is scheduled for September 2008 and will become the epicentre of community life at Genesis.
Genesis blends eco-sensitive design and smart thinking to create a relaxed living environment focused on the community, sustainability, quality and lifestyle.
Perfectly positioned at Coomera in the heart of Australia’s fastest growing corridor, Genesis encompasses 76ha of parkland living, including 15ha of wooded open space, walkways and lakes.
Upon completion, Genesis will be home to over 2,500 residents.
Genesis is being developed by leading environmental developer Heritage Pacific.
