Heritage Pacific announce launch of $50m development

BRISBANE:  Queensland developer, Heritage Pacific today announced the start of a new development north of Brisbane with an end value of more than $50 million.

The new development, to be known as Central Green will be created within the successful Forest Ridge community at Narangba Valley.

Project Manager, Jeremy Bell who last month celebrated ten years at the helm of Forest Ridge has seen the community come of age.

“Forest Ridge really has all the infrastructure required for a booming community including education and shopping facilities, parks and playgrounds for the family, transport and high quality housing.”

“Last year we were the recipients of the Best Masterplanned Development (UDIA QLD) and Best Residential Development (PCA) and now in 2009 we will build on our achievements to create Central Green.”

“Central Green will provide 132 new homes in the heart of Forest Ridge, and the architecturally styled homes will be of a contemporary design.”

“These homes will be fully completed for the purchaser, with absolutely nothing left to do, we actually include the landscaping, driveways and fences.”

The high quality homes, open space and parkland will merge together to form a wonderful community.
.
“We have catered to all types of purchasers, from the first home buyer, to upgraders, and empty nesters.”

The first stage consists of 16 four bedroom, double garage homes that are available for sale now from $419,900.

“Our homes are designed to take advantage of the Queensland climate with the maximisation of design principles including solar orientation and cross ventilation that in turn provide environmental benefits and cost savings together with improved liveability.”

Heritage Pacific has a partnership with Telstra to ensure that Central Green is a Telstra Smart Community®.

“Telstra Velocity is an initiative that provides to the home a premium service that delivers high-speed broadband Internet, multiple fixed phone services, FOXTEL and digital Free-to-air TV.”

Not only will this agreement provide purchasers with state of the art technology at their fingertips, it takes away the need for satellite dishes and antennas with all cabling underground via one optical fibre.”

“Heritage Pacific believes in this area of South East Queensland and this is why we are investing in the area with Central Green,” Mr Bell said.

Already 1,700 lots have been sold and now more than 1,600 families call Forest Ridge home.

Forest Ridge has been the flagship community for Heritage Pacific for more then 15 years.

Since 1987, Heritage Pacific has welcomed more than 10,000 families to over 25 communities throughout South-East Queensland and has established one of the country’s fastest-growing home-building businesses.

Heritage Pacific has also developed a portfolio of commercial and retail assets valued at more than $350 million and built an established funds management business.
