Due to the recent spike in demand for land, Heritage Pacific’s Genesis development is forging ahead with their latest release of homesites in the Coomera region.
Known as Greenview, this release features 8 exclusive homesites which are some of the last land with direct access to parkland and unobstructed park views in the Coomera region, according to Genesis Project Manager, Steve Harrison.
“What people will get when they purchase one of these homesites are large lots ranging from 612m2 to 739m2 in one of the most spectacular areas ever to be released in the Coomera region.”
“These parkfront sites have direct access to the park from the back gate, so really it is an extension of the family’s recreation area and at a time when people are wanting more bang for their buck, it is a smart investment for the future.”
The interest from purchasers for this land has been overwhelming with half of the blocks sold before being released to the market.
“There is real interest in Coomera as a property destination, due to the location and also the infrastructure servicing the region.”
“With our Residents’ Club “Synergy” now open and the recent approval of the Coomera Town Centre, our development is becoming much sought after by people wanting to purchase in the South East region of Queensland,” Mr Harrison said.
Upon completion, Genesis will be home to over 2,500 residents.
Genesis is being developed by leading environmental developer Heritage Pacific.
Since 1987, Heritage Pacific has welcomed more than 10,000 families to over 25 communities throughout South-East Queensland and has established one of the country’s fastest-growing home-building businesses.
Heritage Pacific has also developed a portfolio of commercial and retail assets valued at more than $350 million and built an established funds management business.
