First home buyers across South East Queensland are flocking to Kallangur’s Bridgeway development with a trend showing more homes being sold prior to completion then in the last 18 months.
Bridgeway Project Manager Archie Venitis believes now more than ever before it is imperative costs are kept low in the housing sector so the savings can be passed on to first home buyers.
“There has been an increase in the cost of building materials during the past 12 months and Heritage Pacific has made a concerted effort to ensure that we look outside the square in terms of product pricing but still keeping the high quality that we are known for and people expect from us.”
“We are constantly liaising with our contractors, companies that we have worked with for many years, to get the best possible price on steel, bricks, glass and all the materials that make a home.”
“Even in this economic climate our contractors are willing to work together with us as a team to ensure that we do not have to pass any price increases on to our purchasers.”
“At Bridgeway, I have personally met home buyers who are looking for their dream home and, after having researched the area and looked into what they want in a home they find all of that right here at their fingertips. In a growing market trend we are seeing people purchasing their homes in the early stages of construction as they want to get into the market and take advantage of the $21,000 first home buyers grant.”
“The beauty of Bridgeway homes is that they are different and there is a choice. There are one and two storey homes with more than enough room for a growing family,” Mr Venitis said.
The homes at Bridgeway are extensive, with prices starting from $374,900 for a 3 bedroom home, $419,900 for 4 bedroom homes on larger home sites and $449,900 for contemporary 2 storey homes, with 4 bedrooms and 3 living areas.
Heritage Pacific was the winner of the Property Council of Australia Best Residential Development Award 2008 and UDIA Best Masterplanned Development Queensland Award 2008.
Since 1987, Heritage Pacific has welcomed more than 10,000 families to over 25 communities throughout South-East Queensland and has established one of the country’s fastest-growing home-building businesses.
